David Mintal
I specialise in weight loss, muscle gain and general wellbeing/fitness. I was a semi-professional wrestler until 2017. I used to struggle with my weight too, but I decided to make a change for myself and I turned my life around. I lost 50kgs (110 pounds) all together and managed to keep it off. It gave me a boost in confidence and self repsect. I made many mistakes on my journey of losing fat then did the same while gaining muscle, this is why I want to show people how easy and enjoyable it can be to make a change especially with someone who has done it before and knows the ins and outs of it. As well as training clients in the Enjoy Leisure Musselburgh Sports Centre and nearby gyms, I also do outdoor training sessions, 1 on 1 or groups, online training and training at client's home.

Vharri McMinn
Vharri has been a fitness instructor for over 15 years and now has her own studio in North Berwick. She has an honours degree in sport and exercise science and is unbelievably passionate about her job. Taylor Carlile
Taylor is a senior activity & health practitioner with CIMPSA. He specialises in endurance coaching, working with clients to get them to their first 5km or up to ultra marathons. He is an experienced runner having completed various different endurance events including ultras and multiday events with his aim this year to complete his first 100km challenge. Lyndsay Henderson
Lyndsay is a Personal Trainer based in beautiful North Berwick in East Lothian. She works with clients on a one-to-one basis and runs bootcamp classes. Lyndsay believes that fitness is for everyone and that fitness should be fun and joyful! She works with a range of clients to help them reach and smash their fitness goals, whether the goal is getting back into fitness, starting out again or sport specific. Lyndsay likes to work with clients outside as much as possible - you might get muddy or sandy, but moving outdoors is great for the mind and the body.
